TN’s Hardest Hit Fund is a program designed to help unemployed or substantially underemployed homeowners who, through no fault of their own, are financially unable to make their mortgage payments and are in danger of losing their home. Homeowners in some TN counties are potentially eligible for forgivable loans of up to $20,000 to cover up to 18 months of mortgage expenses.
